Juice to Boost Your Immunity and Detox Your Body

This recipe is so effective that in just a few weeks of use, you will boost your immunity, clean your kidneys, detox your liver and entire digestive system, and eliminate inflammatory processes in your body.

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 0.5 liters of water

Cut the lemons into slices, and crush the peeled garlic cloves with a knife before chopping them into small pieces.

In a pot, pour half a liter of water and heat it until it boils. Let the water cool down. Add the previously chopped lemon and garlic to the warm water. Add one teaspoon of turmeric and one teaspoon of black pepper, which will increase the absorption of turmeric in the body. Stir everything well, cover the pot, and leave it in a dark, cool place for 24 hours.

The next day, strain the contents into a glass container (jar or bottle), seal it with a lid, and store it in the refrigerator.

Drink one glass every morning on an empty stomach. You can add a tablespoon of honey to sweeten it.

Since lemon and garlic can lower blood pressure, this drink is not recommended for people with low blood pressure.
